Mark Kraus
Executive Director, Clinton County Foundation
Mark brings 35 years of philanthropy and nonprofit management skills to the Foundation.
Currently a resident of Jamestown, OH, Mark was born and raised in the Dayton area. There he participated in several volunteer activities including coaching youth athletics in Vandalia and heading up the Carroll High School Alumni Association, until his departure for Louisville, KY in 2000. Mark returned to his midwestern roots in 2024. Mark holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Dayton.
Lynn Deatherage
Chief Financial Officer
Lynn has over 30 years of experience in accounting and management acquired primarily through working for Krug International, Modern Technologies, and her current employer, Settlemyre Seed Company.
Destiny Allen
Program Manager
Destiny Allen serves as Program Manager for the Clinton County Foundation, where she oversees scholarship programs supporting continuing education and manages grantmaking for local nonprofit organizations.
where she managed the Sustainability Program and Student Grants Programming, and at the University of Texas, where she managed awards for researchers across the state.
A proud Clinton County native, Destiny graduated from East Clinton High School before earning a Bachelor of Science in Community and Sustainable Development from The Ohio State University. She is passionate about giving back to the community that shaped her and is
committed to helping expand opportunities for local students, nonprofits, and community organizations through the Foundation’s work.
In her role, Destiny works to strengthen the Foundation’s impact by connecting charitable resources with the needs of Clinton County and supporting initiatives that contribute to a thriving
community.

Jeff brings a strong background in financial management, primarily in the healthcare field. He has extensive experience analyzing, identifying, and implementing financial and operational improvement solutions that result in greater efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Patricia Brewer
Board Secretary
Professional Educator
A native of Clinton County, Patricia is a proud graduate of Wilmington High School and Wilmington College. She is a dedicated adult educator with significant experience as a program evaluator and practitioner-researcher.
Patricia has held a variety of positions including Associate Provost, Professor, Education & Career Counselor, and Dean for such past employers as Walden University (Minneapolis, MN), Sinclair Community College (Dayton, OH), Educational Opportunity Center (Dayton, OH), Indiana University East (Richmond, IN), Union Institute & University (Cincinnati, OH) and Capital University (Columbus, OH).
She serves as a member of the Peer Review Corps and the Institutional Actions Council
for the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association and is a member of the American Association for Adult and Continuing Education and Commission of Professors of Adult Education. As an active volunteer, Patricia currently serves on the League of Women Voters of the Greater Dayton Area.
Patricia earned her B.A. from Wilmington College, an M.A. from Ball State University,
and her Ed.D. from Teachers College Columbia University.

Doctor of Medicine
Becky, now semi-retired, has practiced medicine specializing in developmental disabilities for over 25 years. As the Medical Director of both the Gallipolis Developmental Center (GDC) for 20 years and a group home for 10 years, she worked to ensure continuity of high-quality healthcare beyond the GDC into the local medical community.
Past professional associations with which she has been involved include the Ohio State Medical Association, the American Medical Association, Holzer Medical Center Quality Assurance Committee, and Medical Director Area VIII Peer Review Organization.
A Clinton County native, Becky returned to the family farm near New Vienna in 2013 after nearly 50 years away and embraced several volunteer activities, including serving as Clerk Ministry & Council of Fairview Friends Meeting, and serving on the boards of Energize Clinton County (2015-2022) and the Sabina Library (2015-2020).
She earned her B.S. with Honors in Zoology from Ohio University and her M.D. from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. Becky completed her residency in Medicine and Anesthesiology at the Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Laura Knisley, Grants & Scholarships Cmte.
Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner, Kettering Health System
Laura brings over 24 years of experience in the field of nursing and health education to the Foundation. In her current position, Laura manages complex diabetes and chronic disease. She began her career as a Registered Nurse at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Obstetrics and Diabetes Education.
Past positions include working as a Registered Dietitian/Diabetes Educator for the Clinton County Health District and as a Nurse Practitioner for TriHealth and the Highland County Community Action Reproductive Wellness Clinics. Throughout her career, Laura has focused on empowering and educating patients and co-workers on diabetes management, nutrition, and women’s health.
While born in Kentucky, Laura’s family moved to Hillsboro when she was just two. A graduate of Hillsboro High School, she raised her own family in Lynchburg where her children attended and graduated from high school. In 2021 Laura became an official resident of Wilmington. Her close ties to the community through family and work have inspired her to become involved with the Clinton County Foundation.
She has volunteered extensively for such organizations as the Ohio Medical Reserve Corp, Wright State University MPH Program and has served on the board of the Ohio Lactation Consultant Association. Her work has also been recognized with the 2019 Distinguished Health Educator Service Award from the Ohio Public Health Association and the 2016 Member of the Year award from the Ohio Lactation Consultant Association.
Laura is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, a Family Nurse Practitioner, a Registered Dietitian, Board-Certified Advanced Diabetes Management, a Certified Diabetes Educator, and an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant. She holds the following degrees: both a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University; a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado; and an Associate of Science Nursing from Southern State Community College.
Chip Murdock, Grants & Scholarships Cmte.
Director of Diversity & Inclusion and Service & Civic Engagement, Wilmington College
Chip brings a strong background in diversity and inclusion to his role on the Clinton County Foundation Board. A Wilmington resident since 1999, he serves as the Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion and Service and Civic Engagement at Wilmington College.
Mindy Zeigler
Pharmacist
A life-long resident of Wilmington, OH, Mindy is a registered pharmacist with over twenty years of experience at Longs Pharmacy and Zeigler Pharmacy. Her day-to-day interaction with the public in a healthcare setting has given her an intimate understanding of the challenges many in our community face in acquiring access to medical care.
Mindy has witnessed firsthand the positive impact of the Foundation’s work on the local
community, both through her husband, Phil, who served on the Foundation board for
nine years, and in guiding students through its scholarship application process. Mindy is an active volunteer, having recently mentored high school students and serving her church in various capacities in leading and teaching members of their congregation. These experiences have provided her with further insight into the importance of service and connection in our community. But Mindy credits raising four children most with honing her capacity for patience, unconditional love and support, and efficient time management skills.
A Wilmington High School graduate, Mindy received her B.S. from Ohio Northern
University and is a registered pharmacist with The Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.
Rose Sikorski
Retired Business Executive
Rose is a retired executive with over 20 years of experience in leading operational improvement, process optimization, and organizational renewal within mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across diverse industries. Rose has delivered value in complex environments, is recognized for her independent thinking, analytical problem-solving skills, and ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies.
Rose has a collaborative approach that fosters capability-building in diverse, cross-functional teams, consistently driving innovative solutions that achieve sustainable results. Rose currently serves on the Board of Trustees with Habitat for Humanity – Clinton County and the Clinton County Foundation.
Joe Hete, Finance & Investment Cmte.
Chairman, Board of Directors, Air Transport Services Group, Inc.
In May 2020, Joe retired as President and CEO of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG) and now serves as their Chairman of the Board of Directors. Joe joined ABX Air in 1980 as an Accounting Manager and moved up in the company to become CEO of ATSG in 2003.
Russell Kincaid
Professor of Mathematics and Physics, Wilmington College
A Wilmington College Professor since 2005, Russ has taught a wide range of
undergraduate math and physics courses as well as global issues and honors courses. While he has taught primarily on Wilmington College’s main campus he has also taught courses at both its Cincinnati branch campus and in its Prison Education Program.
Russ grew up on a small farm located between New Vienna and Hillsboro, attended New Vienna Elementary School and graduated from East Clinton High School. He ultimately followed in his parent’s footsteps, both of whom were teachers – his father at Wilmington College and his mother in the East Clinton School District. His volunteer experience includes working with the Wilmington high school band
boosters and serving on several Wilmington Friends Meeting committees. Russ holds a B.A. from Denison University and received his Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Holly Ibaugh
Executive Assistant, Air Transport Services Group
Holly Ibaugh is a seasoned Executive Assistant at Air Transport Services Group (ATSG), bringing a robust background in aviation safety and executive office operations. She has a proven track record of supporting C-suite leadership and board-level initiatives within publicly traded airline organizations and the higher education sector.
Known for delivering seamless administrative support and operational excellence, Holly excels in complex, fast-paced environments where discretion and precision are critical. Her areas of expertise include executive and board support, operations and facilities management, conference services and event planning, property oversight and vendor coordination, and aviation safety protocols and regulatory compliance. A trusted partner in high-stakes settings, Holly combines a proactive mindset with exceptional attention to detail to drive organizational efficiency and maximize executive productivity.

Barb offers an extensive background as an Ordained United Methodist Minister and in Advance Funeral Planning.
Diane Murphy
Owner, d-shealy designs
Diane is the owner of d’shealy designs. She is a Wilmington High School graduate who went on to Ashland University to pursue her passion of clothing design and construction. She established the first mail-order bridal fabric company in the USA in 1982, and in 1984 she opened a bridal store in Springfield, OH.
Diane has utilized her creative skills in teaching abroad, co establishing the summer youth arts programming at the Murphy Theatre and initiating the Clinton County Barn Quilt trail to include 54 farms.
As an alumnus of the Clinton County Leadership institute, Diane has been constantly involved in Dinner in the Fields and helped establish ongoing funding for the youth programming through the pie auction. She also served as board president and interim director for 2 years.
In 2016 she received recognition by the Outstanding Woman of Clinton County and later served as the committee chair.
Bruce Henry
Retired Banker and Farmer
Bruce Henry was born and raised in Clinton County Ohio. Bruce and his brother were the fifth generation to farm the family farm that was located north and east of Wilmington, Ohio.
The successful grain and livestock farm was his career after graduating from Wilmington High School and studying at Miami University.
Following his thirty-two-year career as a farmer, the farming operation was discontinued, and he started a second career in the banking business working for Liberty Savings Bank as a purchasing agent. After nearly ten years with Liberty Savings, he retired. He continues to offer his faith as a church organist. In the last twenty-five years, he has served three Wilmington churches as organist. He currently serves as one of the organists at St. Columbkille Catholic Church. Bruce married his wife, Dorothy, in 2013, and together, they funded the “Corn” statue on the east side of Wilmington to honor the Henry family’s dedication to agriculture for over one hundred years. The statue also reminds everyone of the importance of agriculture to the livelihood of Clinton County. They also worked with the Clinton County Foundation to fund the Henry scholarships for students in Clinton and Highland County, Ohio. They recently have recently worked with Ohio Living Cape May to help underwrite the new memory care unit at Ohio Living Cape May. Clinton County Ohio, is dear to their hearts, and they seek ways to “give back” to the livelihood of Clinton County, Ohio.
Joshua Roth
Economic Development Director
Josh is a career public servant with more than 15 years of experience in community and economic development across the State of Ohio. He currently serves as the Economic Development Director for the Clinton County Port Authority, where he works with communities throughout Clinton County to strengthen the local economy and improve quality of life.
Josh has previously worked for the Ohio Department of Development, the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, and the Central Ohio Transit Authority. His areas of expertise include public policy, public finance, grant/loan/tax incentive administration as both a funder and a recipient, and advising communities and non-profits on the financial tools available to support community and economic development. Originally from Mercer County, Josh is a graduate of Ohio University and holds an MS in Applied Economics and an MPA from The Ohio State University.
