About the Clinton County Legacy Fund
In 2019, the Clinton County Commissioners established LEGACY Fund at the Clinton County Foundation with $10 million in proceeds from the sale of the Clinton Memorial Hospital. The LEGACY Fund provides grants to a broad range of nonprofit organizations working to strengthen and improve our home, Clinton County.
Last year, the LEGACY Committee made grants of nearly $400,000 to local organizations and projects. Committee members are Janet Dixon, Joe Hete, Michelle Morrison, Harry Brumbaugh, and Brenda Woods. They will determine which applicants will be invited to the full grant application process.
