The Clinton County Foundation’s Scholarship Portal opens for applications on December 1, 2025.
There are over 60 scholarship opportunities available for graduating seniors who live in Clinton County, or attend the local high schools of Blanchester, Clinton Massie, East Clinton, Wilmington, and Laurel Oaks. Opportunities also exist for Lynchburg Clay, homeschooled, and private school students as well.
Any student who is pursuing 2-year, 4-year education, or trade certification should visit the portal on the Clinton County Foundation website to set up an account.
“The process really is easy for our students – your personal email address, a general essay, and an email address for an individual providing a general reference – will get you started. The more for which you quaify, the more questions you may have to answer, however that means more opportunities for scholarship dollars. It’s worth the effort,” according to Laura Knisley, Chair, Grants and Scholarship Committee.
Applicants are encouraged to start early to provide guidance counselors and references with adequate time to submit information. The application window closes on March 15, 2026.
Applications for Outstanding Women of Clinton County are also open in the portal, with an earlier deadline of December 15, 2025. It’s not too early to think about your plans for next Fall!
